A Hospitality Success Story: Masana

Through VIDA I, we acquired and revitalized Masana a 52 unit beachfront hotel in the Algarve, southern Portugal. Previously underperforming and poorly positioned in the market, the asset lacked both brand identity and operational efficiency.

Our team led a complete transformation, from structural renovations and interior design upgrades to a full repositioning of the guest experience and revenue model. The result is a vibrant, design-forward boutique hotel aligned with Portugal’s growing wellness and experiential travel sectors.

Stay in Portugal just 7 days in the first year, 14 days every two years after.

Get EU citizenship after 5 years, no need to relocate permanently.

Spouse, children, dependent parents and in-laws can all be included in your visa.

Triple-Layered Security, Fully Compliant.

VIDA is highly regulated to ensure each investment goes through a triple check system via the VIDA Advisors, Fund Manager, and Custodian Bank. The Fund is subject to a strict and thorough auditing process that complies with the Portuguese Regulator and assures sound management of the Fund.

We adhere to strict regulatory standards. VIDA is an investment fund rigorously managed by STAG Fund Management SCR S.A., and fully regulated by the Portuguese Securities Market Authority (CMVM). This ensures compliance with legal and ethical investment practices, safeguarding our investors’ interests. VIDA is also audited annually by Deloitte.

How long is my capital committed?

To comply with the Golden Visa regulations, the funds must be committed a minimum of 5 years. To allow each of our investor enough time to complete their citizenship applications, VIDA Fund II term is of 6.5 years.
